Eidsvik - Halsnøy.

Great holiday house in a slight nostalgic style. Everything in light colours with a maritime stamp. Room for up to 8 persons, with a panoramic view over fjord and mountains.

They are electrically heated, winter insulated and have good standards. The main floor is fully adapted for wheelchair users, and so are terrace and main quay area. Here is actually a very good spot for fishing! Sunny site of 500m2, great outdoor room and large quay in very peaceful surroundings.

Ample car parking. Separate house for fish-cleaning and filleting with electricity and washing utilities, hot and cold.

This is the first of a series of four houses to be built over the next few years. The lessor works in a shop&gas-station close by.

The area is maritime with a boat harbour, some houses and holiday houses. Is east-facing with a view over Eidsvik and towards Sæbøvik. Food store, gas-station with a workshop and a hairdresser are at hand only 300 meters away. Additionally there are several minor, quiet paths to walk/roll.

The house may be rented on a daily basis and is therefore independent of the fixed exchange dates, but minimum 5 days.

Arrivaltime at this objekt is earliest at 15.00 pm. Departuretime is latest at 10.00 am.

Standard equipment All our cabins have the following standard equipment: Electric heating Warm and cold water. Winterinsulation. Bathroom with heated floor, sink, water closet and shower. Kitchen outfitted for the number of people/beds in the cabin. Pans and cutlery, 4-burner electric cooker with oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, water boiler, microwave, mixer, toaster and vacuum cleaner. Detergents, kitchen towels, paper and other consumer product the guests will have to provider for themselves. Quilts and cushion for all beds. Linen and towels the guest will have to bring or order in advance. TV with Norwegian channels and Astra satellite dish. Garden furniture and a plain grill. Parking by the garden wall. 4,6 m plastic boat (14ft) with 9,9 Hp outboard. Lifejackets for adults up to 90 kg. Any discrepancy from this list is described in each individual prospect.

Due to cleaning, the arrival time is earliest at 15.00 on change days. Playstation 3 with 37" flatschreen TV.

Mininimum rental time is 5 days.
Extra person per day (children under 4 years free):	100 NOK
Cleaning at departure - compulsory	800 NOK
Electricity: paid for consumption prior to departure. Price approximately 1.15 NOK per kWh.

Deposit is 1000 NOK. On cancellation within 30 days of arrival the deposit will be refunded. On later cancellation the landlord will keep the full deposit.
