Private quay and a slope of naked rock, boat in joint harbour/pier close by. South facing in a quiet and sunny place with no traffic running through. Shielded outside place with a stone grill and also terraces on two sides.
Storage room and fish-cleaning-place with light and water in the basement. Above the cabin is a separate mini-cabin with a comfortable double-bed and a wash basin. This is included in the rent.
The same owner also has an object for rent at K18 Porsvik holiday apartment. May be rented on a daily basis and independent of fixed exchange days. Electricity is not included in the price.
The surroundings are peaceful and have a nice panorama view of the fjord, Halsnøy and Høylandsundet.
Valen and Sunnhordland are an eldorado for outdoors activities, both on sea and on land. In the mountain there's marked footpaths which most people can search for worthy challenges. Postvegen from Husnes to Sandvoll, Handelandsdalen, Tveitedalen - are some well-known destinations for families and other groups.
For those who wish to try their luck in fishing, are Høylandsundet and Hardangerfjorden available at all times during the year.
Shopping isn't a problem either; Husnes is the shopping centre in the region and lies only a 10 minutes drive from the cabin. www.handlebyenhusnes.no

All our cabins have the following standard equipment:
- Electric heating
- Warm and cold water.
- Winterinsulation.
- Bathroom with heated floor, sink, water closet and shower.
- Kitchen outfitted for the number of people/beds in the cabin. Pans and cutlery, 4-burner electric cooker with oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, water boiler, microwave, mixer, toaster and vacuum cleaner.
- Detergents, kitchen towels, paper and other consumer product the guests will have to provider for themselves.
- Quilts and cushion for all beds. Linen and towels the guest will have to bring or order in advance.
- TV with Norwegian channels and Astra satellite dish.
- Garden furniture and a plain grill.
- Parking by the garden wall.
- 4,6 m plastic boat (14ft) with 9,9 Hp outboard.
- Lifejackets for adults up to 90 kg.

Deposit is 1000 NOK. On cancellation within 30 days of arrival the deposit will be refunded. On later cancellation the landlord will keep the full deposit.
