Modernized and cosy apartment on the first floor of an old protected boathouse with charm and style. The house accommodates up to 8 persons, is electrically heated and winter insulated. There is no terrace to the apartment, but the quay is at hand. On the ground floor  there is an assembly room which is to let for the local inhabitants, but not when there are people renting the house, so this may be utilised in agreement with the owner. Parking by the door.

This is located in the middle of Fitjar centre and there will naturally be some activity around. This does not necessarily have to be negative; this is actually the heart of the little community. The shops are just around the corner. On the quay there is a maritime environment with sitting group and grill. Filleting table for fish cleaning. Fitjar is a summer paradise for great and small, and there are many very good fishing spots near by. The owner lives in the neighbouring house. Boat with engine is included in the rent. On an islet close by the owner has a private pier that may be used by the guests. The house may be rented on a daily basis and has no fixed exchange days.
