A road is leading down to the sea and the boats are place by a large floating dock, which also is utilised by the owner. Here is a separate tool-house for fishing equipments and the like. It also has a large filleting table for fish. The cabin may be rented on a daily basis and has no fixed exchange day, but the owner would prefer arrival towards week-ends.
