The quay area is maritime with a large floating pontoon shared with another rental house, owned by the same family. Parking by the house wall. Electrically heated, winter insulated and has good standards. Shop and gas station close by.

East facing and view towards Eidsvik and Sæbøvik. The house may be rented on a daily basis and is therefore independent of the fixed exchange dates.
