Sagvåg - Stord. Simple - but comfortable, older cabin, that has been renovated and modernised. The cabin is electrically heated and has heat pump installation.

Is located quite undisturbed, in its own small bay next to the centre of Sagvåg. Very favourable to children. Short distance to good fishing spots in Stokksundet.

The landlord has some sheep that are grazing in the area to repress the vegetation, but these are not forward and therefore no bother to the guests. 

It's a short distance down to the fjord, where the boat is fastened to a buoy. Comfortable spot to sit and enjoy the view. There's also a cutting table for fish.

If One wishes to go bathing on a beach, there's a nice one in the next bay.

The cabin is relatively small, and therefore the owner offers the guests to use the neighbouring cabin as storage space. (It's described as annex in the listing). It's old, and best suited as storage room, but is furnished and with two bedrooms. Could be an alternative for youths travelling with parents, can sit down and play etc.

Parking space is located about 50 m from the cabin, but it's possible to drive up to the cabin wall for un- and onloading. Stord airport lies close by, but the traffic here is so little that it can't be considered a bother, when it comes to noise. 

In Storavatnet (Fitjar) One can go fishing for trout and char with a fishing license.

Stord and the surrounding area is perfect for outdoor life, the forest contains many sorts of wild flowers and is aboundant with berries and mushrooms.

In addition this is an excellent starting point for trips all around Sunnhordland and Hardanger, and lies only a 60 minute drive from Haugesund.
